Disability Justice as defined by Christa Lei
Disability Justice (DJ) is a social justice movement originating from the San Francisco Bay Area. A queer, disabled collective of people of color including Patricia (Patty) Berne, Mia Mingus and Stacey Millbern coined the term and began organizing the movement around a more intersectional approach to disability rights.
